We are seeking a highly driven and empathetic Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. They are to relentlessly prospect, fulfill the financial goals of their clients, and close opportunities while maintaining an unmatched level of customer experience for their clients. They must have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, in order to provide expert advice, and a passion for helping clients achieve their home and financial dreams.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting warm, inbound leads on a daily basis
- Completing Discovery Sessions calls with new clients on a daily basis
- Completing Discovery Sessions with renewals and repeat clients
- Promptly presenting clients with personalized SMART Solutions and Approvals
- Consistently updating your Opportunities with detailed information
- Consistently communicating with other team members regarding active files
- Consistently communicating with clients regarding their application
- Educating your clients on the benefits of the solutions
Results
- Achieving 100% or more of your quarterly sales targets
- Setting and achieving 100% of your weekly targets set with Manager

Requirements
- Active Ontario FSRA Mortgage Agent License is required
- Minimum 1-2 years of Mortgage Agent Experience (Mortgage Industry Experience is highly preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of Sales Experience
- Strong active listening skills, to be able to fully understand client needs and goals
- High levels of empathy to connect with clients
- Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Working knowledge of PC software in a Windows environment required
- Proficiency in G-Suite
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Ability to learn new company software and systems quickly
